What you need to know about this coffee:

A fantastic coffee from Honduras in organic quality - and fair trade ! Wonderfully fragrant coffee, slightly sour, sweet and balanced. It goes well with sweet, dried fruit and milk chocolate desserts.

The cultivation of coffee began in Honduras in 1804. The country has many farms called "fincas". To fight against the fall in prices, small producers have joined together in cooperatives.

In the department of Intibuca, near the municipality of San Juan, in the heart of a mountainous region with an exceptional environment: breathtaking nature, a favourable climate and a varied fauna, coffee is grown from an altitude of 1,100 metres. These conditions make it a first-class Arabica.

You also have the possibility to blend all available varieties of Malongo. However, the minimum order quantity per item is a unit of 16 (16 pods in one package)
